Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience due to the online bill payment availability issue we are presently experiencing. Since yesterday, some but not all users of online bill payment have experienced system access, latency or timeout issues that prevented completion of their sessions at certain times of peak traffic. However, all previously scheduled payments are processing as normal. Please know that this issue is receiving the highest level of priority and attention from our core provider.
